MIAMI, FL. June 19, 2026. Group FiftyOne supported a recent Italian trade mission to Miami that connected companies from the Lombardy region with U.S. buyers, importers, and distributors. The mission brought Italian brands across the food and design sectors into direct contact with the American market.
The mission was organized by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast. It concluded with a networking breakfast at the Rimadesio showroom in Miami. Participating companies from Lombardy included Caseificio Defendi Luigi, Vitavigor, Meroni Luxury Projects, and Maxpell, representing the food and furniture sectors. During the program, the delegation held business meetings with importers and distributors across the Miami area.
Group FiftyOne contributed to the U.S. side of the program, helping connect Italian brands with qualified American Buyers. This work spanned several categories, including food, design, fashion, and lifestyle. Group FiftyOne maintains an established network of U.S. Buyers and distributors, built through Buyer programs and market entry projects across sectors.
"Missions like this work when the right companies meet the right Buyers," said Kamal R. Hakim, Founder and Managing Partner of Group FiftyOne. "Our role is to make those connections specific and useful on the U.S. side, so that conversations continue after the event."
The collaboration between Italian institutions and U.S. partners continues. Regione Lombardia is extending the program, with an institutional delegation led by Region Governor Attilio Fontana.
Group FiftyOne connects European companies with the U.S. market through Buyer programs, market entry support, recruiting, and work visas.
